Tis the season to be jolly

….tools, materials, temperature, age, experience, temperament… the finished product is the sum of many things.  I’m absolutely certain that I knit better when I’m happy, but I’m picky about what makes me happy...  For instance, I would be very unhappy trapped in a lift with someone stating the obvious… repeatedly … probably in an irksome tone too.  And a problem I have with much radio is that’s what a lot of it means to me these days….    

 On the other hand …I’m especially happy listening to the Richie & Richie Radio Show on Phamtom FM, because everyone's there by choice (including me and my knitting). The Richies may seem laid back but they're also very prepared, and they play a quirky, fresh and eclectic musical selection for three hours every week night except Friday, and you always learn something new. Then there are competitions where you actually stand a chance of winning…

And by the end of the show, even my fabric hangs better    

…actually I think it’s about time I gave them something back  ....

Hope they can feel the music!
